WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Once your order is complete, your purchase will be shipped within 1-2 business days with United States Postal Service or UPS. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or federal holidays. Shipping and Handling to anywhere in the United States via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground normally takes 7-10 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by USPS or UPS. We automatically put delivery confirmation on all orders.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 2-4 business days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not ship internationally.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully approved, processed and shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item (instead of obtaining a refund), please be aware we can only replace it for the same item, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

By placing an order you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email our customer service through the contact us link on this site.
We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
SIZES
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
PRICES/DETAILS
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: The product ordered being unavailable from stock Our inability to obtain authorization of payment The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the item has been dispatched simply return the goods to us for a full refund.

Leather Spa Operating Policies:
CLEANING:
• May cause all material types to become tender, stiff, brittle and may cause some buckling and peeling
• Shrinkage of all material types is unpredictable and may occur
• Changes in shades or top finish may occur on all material types
• Insect bites and scars on leather skins, which were covered over by the manufacture, could show afterward
• Breaks and skin lines may become more apparent
• Unevenly matched skins are common and may appear more uneven post-cleaning
• May cause bleeding on all material types, which in turn, causes change of color
• May cause hardware pieces to bleed onto all material types and may stain material
• Color from polishing/touch up work may rub onto clothing due to excessive friction
DYEING:
• We can not guarantee that the color will match exactly to the given swatch
• Certain imperfections in the construction of the item may become visible after the item is dyed
• The dyed color will look different when viewed in different types of lighting
• If shoes are worn in the rain or come in contact with water the color may come off and/or bleed onto a material
SHOE REPAIR/HANDBAG REPAIR/ALTERATIONS:
• We cannot guarantee that all shoe repair/accessory repair/alterations request will meet products original condition/aesthetic
SHOE STRETCHING:
• May cause some wrinkling, buckling and peeling
• Slight changes in shades or top finish may occur on all material types
• Stretching the width may or may not give you more room in the length
• Stretching may cause some finished imperfections on the innersole and/or lining
We cannot guarantee that all services will meet products original condition but we will do our best. We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
• There are NO REFUNDS on any/all repairs, cleaning, alterations, dyeing, stretching, etc. ALL PROCEDURES ARE FINAL SALE. All work performed cannot be undone and returned back to its original state.
• Unused retail items in undamaged, original packaging can be returned for a CREDIT ONLY for the value of the product within 7 days of purchase. Return shipping cannot be credited.
• Items returned to re-stretch must be within 2 weeks from the date received.
