Pursuant to the California Consumer Protection Act the following additional disclosures and consumer rights, updated, on an annually basis, apply to California residents who access or use services:
A. Categories of personal information collected: the categories of personal information collected by US in the preceding 12 months are described in Section 3 of the Privacy Notice.
B. Sources of the personal information categories: the sources of personal information collected by US in the preceding 12 months are described in Section 4 of the Privacy Notice.
C. Purpose for the collection of personal information: the purpose and legitimate basis for the collection of personal information by category (in the preceding 12 months) are set forth in Section 2 of the Privacy Notice and further enumerated in the chart below:
