I just received back my Black YSL Roadie Hobo Bag. It looks FANTASTIC!!!!! This is the 2nd repair you have had to do for this particular bag, neither one related, and each time it has been returned to me as good as new. I want to thank you so much for all of your craftsmanship and attention to detail. I don’t have many bags that are this expensive so it is incredibly deflating when this one was broken and no one (most especially YSL) turned a blind eye. The bag was unusable until you fixed it.
